Greetings, I'm Hadeel Khayat, a devoted and fervent artist born in Damascus, Syria, and now a proud US citizen. My artistic voyage ignited in my youth, fueled by an ardent love for art and nourished by an innate talent that propelled me to secure first place at the Syrian National Art competition in 1996. My journey unfolded further with rigorous studies, culminating in a bachelor's degree in Visual Communications Design from Damascus University of Fine Arts, followed by postgraduate studies at the esteemed Central Saint Martin College of Art and Design in London.
In 2004, a new chapter beckoned as I ventured to Kuwait, where I continued my creative odyssey and explored novel vistas. My paintings serve as profound reflections of raw emotions, brought to life through surreal color contrasts that give birth to mesmerizing compositions. As an unassuming artist, I consistently push the boundaries of my craft, embracing diverse techniques to foster perpetual growth. I stand apart from labels, unrestricted to a solitary style or framework, allowing me the liberty to explore and express my art with unbridled freedom.
My artistic process is a fusion of brushes, knives, fingers, and even the very essence of my being, infusing powerful forms into my abstract portraits. This approach gained profound significance in response to the unfolding Syrian crisis of 2011. Through my artworks, I plunge into the depths of the human experience, capturing the concealed emotions and expressions beneath the surface. In moments of spontaneous trance, I channel intense emotional energy, transmuting it onto the canvas. I uphold the authenticity of these moments, refraining from subsequent alterations, ensuring my art retains the rawness and profound essence of my deeply emotive trances.
Beyond my artistic realm, I curate a dual existence as the founder of Status. In this sphere, I harmonize my passion for visual expression with expertise in art, visual communication, and interior architecture. Here, I transcend conventional boundaries, crafting meaningful and distinctive experiences. My artistic universe stands as a testament to my unwavering commitment to self-expression and my ability to transcend the limits of conventional art forms. At HUEHUM The workshops cover various disciplines, including design and studio art. Through hands-on exploration, you will engage in the creation of visual art using mediums such as acrylic and oil painting, drawing, sketching, sculpting, digital art, and design.

I am passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental well-being , combining elements of the energetic system,antiant philosophy, yoga science. and personal coaching helping individuals with chronic pain, anxiety, and depression.
At HUEHUM I also host special retreats in exotic locations where students can immerse themselves in a peaceful and serene environment. My retreats combine various techniques, including yoga, meditation, and expressive arts, to help individuals find solitude, gratitude, and peace.
